France – Engineering services – Concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la rénovation et l'extension du bâtiment "A" du siège communautaire de la CCHF

The Communauté de Communes des Hauts de Flandre is undertaking a project to renovate and extend building A of its community headquarters in Bergues. The operation includes the restructuring of spaces, the improvement of energy performance in accordance with the Tertiary Decree, the development of an old adjacent dwelling, and the creation of an extension housing a multi-purpose room for community councils and other activities. The consultation concerns a restricted design contest, launched in accordance with Article L. 2172-1 of the CCP and organised according to the provisions of Articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the CCP. Thus, the contest is organised in two phases (candidates then offers). Finally, in application of Article R2122-6 of the Code de la commande publique, the contest will be followed by a negotiated procedure without prior publicity or competition to award the public contract to the winner or one of the winners of the contest.
