The subject of the procurement is the provision of pest control services in properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy. The service includes, among other things: • pest inspections and surveys • preventive measures • control measures (e.g. rodents, insects, other pests) • monitoring, reporting and documentation • consultation for properties and residents The service is provided on a call-off basis at the contractor's properties. Selection The procurement is not divided into geographical or service content sections. Instead, the contracting entity establishes a framework agreement with multiple suppliers, from which several service providers are selected. This approach ensures sufficient capacity, service continuity, availability of specialist expertise, and flexible options to allocate tasks based on service quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness. According to the contracting entity, dividing into separate sections would not add value compared to a multiple supplier framework agreement. Three suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement based on comparative prices, and one as a reserve. The contractor may order services from any of the suppliers selected for the framework agreement. When allocating tasks, the contractor may consider, among other things, service quality, response time, available resources, specialist expertise, location of the target, previous performance, and cost-effectiveness.
