Poland – Electronic information services – Zaprojektowanie, wykonanie i wdrożenie systemu portali miejskich z wykorzystaniem sztucznej inteligencji – projekt „Transformacja cyfrowa i ekspansja e-usług w Bielsku-Białej”

1) Design, implementation and deployment of a Chatbot (with live chat function): based on artificial intelligence along with integration with external systems, such as the queuing system QMS and the BB Reporting System, and its implementation within the Main City Portal, the Public Information Bulletin and the City Council Portal (in the event of the exercise of the option right).

2) Design, implementation and deployment of a Voicebot: based on artificial intelligence along with integration with the queuing system QMS on the ordering party's hotline.

3) Restructuring of the Main City Portal, including: a) the implementation of a multisite architecture within it, along with the design, implementation and comprehensive deployment within this architecture of the content scope from the following services: - https://visitbb.pl - https://bbosir.bielsko.pl - https://komunikacja.bielsko-biala.pl - https://strazmiejska.bielsko.pl - https://pelnakultura.info (the ordering party allows implementation on any CMS) b) the execution of necessary modifications to modules, as well as the construction of new modules within the Main City Portal, multisite architecture, allowing for the implementation and efficient operation of this environment with the Chatbot.

4) Option right: restructuring of the City Council Portal available at https://rm.bielsko-biala.pl, involving the design, implementation and comprehensive deployment of the Portal as an independent website along with the implementation of the Chatbot mentioned in point 1 above.
