Spain – Prepared animal feeds for farm and other animals – Acuerdo marco para la contratación por precios unitarios del suministro de piensos para conejos en la Universitat Politècnica de València.

The present tender has the object of establishing the technical, functional and minimum conditions necessary for the supply of rabbit feed required for the teaching, research and innovation activities of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) at its Valencia campus. To this end, the supply of rabbit feed will be provided on a continuous basis and according to the needs of the various structures of the UPV, at the locations determined by them. The UPV is an innovative institution that safeguards the interests of the community in which it is established and of society in general. The research and innovation it develops is of high quality, and it is among the Spanish universities with the most competitive research, R&D contracts, technology licenses, and is also the national leader in patent exploitation. For the performance of this activity, it requires the continuous supply of specific materials, such as rabbit feed, for its teaching and research laboratories. The award of the present framework agreement, as a system of technical rationalization, will comprise the determination of the awarded company and the unit prices of the rabbit feed, as well as the general conditions of the supplies and basic terms to which the contracts based on it will be subject.
