The subject of the public procurement is: "Periodic deliveries of food products for the needs of Activity “Kindergartens and Nurseries”, Home for Adults with Mental Disorders / HAMD - Pastrogor/, Centre for Family-Type Accommodation for Adults with Mental Disorders / CFTACAMD - Pastrogor/ and Home Social Patronage / HSP/ to Activity “Social Services” for the period 2026-2027. The list of food products and quantities are indicated in the Price Proposal – Sample No. 2 (KSS), and the specific requirements for some of the food products are indicated in the Technical Specification. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with: the Contract Project; the Technical Specification; the Technical and Price Proposal of the contractor.
