Supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment: a set for hemodynamic measurements, an orthopaedic drive, an arthroscope with accessories, and a laparoscopic tower for the needs of the Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre as part of the task "Purchase of modern medical equipment to improve the quality of medical services provided by the Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre" divided into 4 Lots. Acting under the provisions of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (PZP), the Contracting Authority informs that it may invalidate this tender procedure if the public funds intended to finance the entire order or part of the order are not granted to it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (PZP), in the event that the public funds intended to finance the entire order or part of the order are not granted by the time the public procurement procedure is completed. Contract completion date: in accordance with Annex No. 1 – delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment and staff training by 10.12.2026. Place of performance: Operating Block, Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre, located at 6 Ogińskiego Street, Jelenia Góra.
