Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2024-12

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts under Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises for the active substances, active substance combinations, dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner under the framework agreement on pharmaceutical supply under Section 129(2) SGB V. The contract is concluded under the Open House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.12.2024 (any deviations in start times are indicated in the respective lot). The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028 (any exceptions are indicated in the respective lot), regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
