Czechia – Insurance services – Pojištění odpovědnosti za újmu způsobenou provozem motorového vozidla (povinné ručení) a havarijní pojištění vozidel

The subject of this public contract is the provision of services consisting of liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle (compulsory insurance) and motor vehicle insurance (hereinafter referred to as “Compulsory Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance”). Insurance for vehicles of contributory organisations and other co-insured entities may be included in the insurance gradually during the term of the insurance contract, and this may be done following the expiry of the existing insurance contracts of these organisations. The subject of the insurance will be secured by concluding insurance contracts for a period of 48 months with the possibility of automatic extension. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract, even repeatedly, provided that the agreed commercial conditions, particularly prices and discounts offered, are maintained.
