Germany – Building construction work – Stadt Metzingen - TU-Vergabe Kinderhaus Neugreuth

The town of Metzingen plans the construction of a daycare centre for children aged 1 to 6 years with six groups for a maximum of 136 children and approximately 30 caregivers. The implementation of the construction project is to be carried out by a so-called total contractor, who, based on a preliminary design already coordinated with the users, will assume all further necessary planning and execution services for the construction of the building, including directly adjacent access roads and terraces, as well as certain maintenance services for a period of four years from the acceptance of the construction services. The procurement procedure is to be completed by early February 2027 with an award of contract. The new building is to be completed within 15 months thereafter.
