1. Lot 1 – Tree Diseases

This lot includes all activities related to tree diseases and disease-related inspections. This lot includes, among others, the activities for the execution of:

• inspections and monitoring of tree diseases (branch dieback, chestnut bleeding disease);

• risk assessment and management advice;

• reporting in accordance with municipal standards.

2. Lot 2 – Tree advice, investigations and project advisory

This lot includes all tree technical advice and investigations within management and development. This lot includes, among others, the activities for the execution of:

• Tree Effect Analyses (BEA);

• major maintenance advice;

• substantiation of felling permits;

• site suitability research;

• transplantability research;

• root pressure research;

• management plans;

• tree protection plan.

The estimated value of the contract is € 1,500,000,-- excluding VAT. This is for the entire duration of this contract, including possible extensions and options. Lot 1: € 400,000; Lot 2: € 1,100,000. Maximum contract value framework agreement: € 3,000,000,-
