Supply, installation, commissioning and acceptance of cleaning/disinfection devices (RDG-Es) for endoscopy and associated manual cleaning line. It is intended to procure a modern, high-performance and future-oriented cleaning and disinfection system for the validatable reprocessing of flexible endoscopes for the endoscopy department of Asklepios Klinik Schwalmstadt. Three endoscope cleaning and disinfection devices (RDG-Es) are to be tendered as front-loading single-door systems. Two of the devices are each equipped with two independently operating reprocessing chambers, while another device has three independently operating reprocessing chambers. Each reprocessing chamber is designed to accommodate and automatically reprocess a flexible endoscope and enables asynchronous operation with individual program sequences. The systems are used for the automated leak testing, cleaning, disinfection and pre-drying of flexible endoscopes, including seamless process monitoring and electronic documentation. To optimize workflows and increase process and patient safety, a connection system is required where, after manual pre-cleaning, the endoscope is connected only once on a special reprocessing basket and, without reconnecting, undergoes the complete machine reprocessing process. The system shall ensure ergonomic, hygienically safe and economical operation and enable gentle reprocessing of various flexible endoscopes. Furthermore, the systems shall be designed for energy- and resource-efficient operation with short process times, high availability and long-term economic use. Asklepios Klinik Schwalmstadt is a high-performance acute care hospital with a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Endoscopy plays a central role in the care of patients. With the new procurement of cleaning and disinfection technology, a reprocessing solution is to be created that meets current legal, normative and hygienic requirements, is future-proof and meets the highest standards of hygiene, process safety, documentation, economy and availability.
