The modification of the contract, during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any OE interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 28 days, respectively 20 days before the submission deadline. AC establishes that the deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information is the 22nd day, respectively the 12th day before the submission deadline.
