The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum amount set at 1 968 000 euro(s) excl. VAT (all lots and all periods combined). Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods (similar services also). The services include: - Calibration control of medical fluid equipment - Repair of medical fluid equipment - Supply of special laboratory gases = delivery of full packages - Provision of bottles and frames = rental of packages - Possible transportation and connection to gas central units - Maintenance of gas central units - Pick-up of empty packages during and at the end of the contract - Rental and maintenance of a nitrogen tank - Supply of liquid nitrogen
