Poland – Radioactive-, toxic-, medical- and hazardous waste services – Usunięcie i zagospodarowanie odpadów, w tym niebezpiecznych

The subject of the contract is the complete service of removal and disposal of all waste abandoned in the hall at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice (plot with cadastral number 64/2, cadastral district Nowe Gliwice). The task involves the proper, legally compliant, and environmentally safe removal (including loading and transport) and disposal of the waste, which is the subject of the contract, in a facility or facilities for carrying out the D-10 process (thermal conversion on land), with capacities ensuring the disposal of these wastes within the set time. The task should be carried out in accordance with the applicable waste management regulations. The estimated mass of waste designated for removal and disposal is 1500 Mg. The Contractor will receive remuneration for the actual amount of waste removed and disposed of in the D-10 process. The Purchaser will provide interested Contractors with a site visit to the hall at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice. The site visit with the Contractors will take place on 27.08.2026 at 10:00. The Contractor interested in participating in the site visit should notify the Purchaser of their intention to participate by email to [email protected] by 12:00 on the day before the above date. On the scheduled date of the site visit, a representative of the Purchaser will allow the Contractors to enter the property at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice. The Purchaser's representative will not provide the Contractors conducting the site visit with any information or answer any questions. Any doubts regarding the subject of the contract may be raised by the Contractor in a request for clarification of the specification (SWZ). The Contractor participating in the site visit assumes full responsibility for the safety and health protection of the persons who will conduct the site visit on behalf of the Contractor. We also inform that during the site visit, the Contractor will not be able to take samples of the waste. The Purchaser informs that submitting an offer without attending the above-mentioned site visit will not result in the rejection of the offer under art. 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in attachment no. 7 to the SWZ. The additional scope of the contract (option) includes: removal from the hall, transport, and disposal in the D-10 process of a maximum of 75 Mg of waste. The Purchaser envisages the use of the option if the main contract is implemented at 100% and waste remains in the hall. The Purchaser reserves the right to use the option under art. 441(1) of the Pzp Act. The subject of the contract within the scope of the option right is the implementation of a service with the same scope as in the main contract. The Purchaser reserves the right that the execution of part of the contract within the scope of the option right is an entitlement, and not an obligation of the Purchaser. The Purchaser may not use the option right, use it to a lesser extent, and the Contractors are not entitled to any claims on this basis. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of using the option right within the validity period of the contract. In the event of the Purchaser using the option right, the Contractor is obliged to implement it, on the terms specified in the contract. The Purchaser will inform the Contractor in writing of the use of the option right with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
