Current tender for a framework agreement for consultancy services for the non-profit housing association ØsterBO in Vejle. The following describes the tender, including the tender form, schedule, delivery requirements, as well as the evaluation process and criteria. The framework agreement covers several different renovation and construction projects, distributed across several departments. The framework agreement is entered into for consultancy services as further described in the project description, doc. 04. As a non-profit housing association and a public-law entity, ØsterBO is, as a starting point, subject to the following regulatory framework: • Obliged to tender in accordance with the tendering rules, • The regulatory framework in the Danish Housing Act, • Rules for the Danish Building Guarantee Fund, the Danish Rural Development Fund and Almen Net. ØsterBO intends to enter into a framework agreement divided into two sub-agreements, where two tenderers (parallel consultancy teams) will be contracted for each sub-agreement. The framework agreement is non-exclusive for the consultant. This means that the Client expects to use the framework agreement for future renovation tasks, but the Client reserves the right to use other consultants to solve tasks within the framework agreement period if the Client assesses that another consultant will be best suited to solve the task.
