Hungary – Motor vehicle insurance services – Casco biztosítási szerződés a KEF részére

Insurance framework agreement „Casco insurance contract for KEF”. The contracting authority (hereinafter: AK) shall, on the date of commencement of the procedure, insure, operate or take possession of the vehicles, a total of 2 177 units + 50% of official vehicles (passenger car, bus, truck, trailer, semi-trailer, moped) on the given day, in relation to the vehicle fleet CASCO service provision, up to a total net framework amount of 1.910.000.000,- Ft as specified in the Procurement Documents (hereinafter: KD). Of the 2 177 units of motor vehicles, 1 944 units are passenger motor vehicles. The quantitative data provided in the KD are of an informative nature, determined for the purpose of evaluation. The contracting authority undertakes to call down 75% of the framework amount. Contract validity: The date of entry into force of the contract (start of risk assumption): the first day of the month following the expiry of the previous contract INK/44/19/2024. for the Contracting Authority/Insured, at 00.00 hours, but no earlier than from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, which may be extended once by a further 12 months. Initiation of extension: shall be made by the Contracting Authority/Insured to the Insurer by written declaration no later than 5 (five) months before the expiry on 31 December 2028, to which the Insurer may respond with a negative decision within 15 (fifteen) days at the latest following receipt. In the latter case, the contract shall expire at the end of the original term.
