Belgium – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Raamovereenkomst met meerdere ontwerpteams Architectuur - Erfgoed (2 Percelen)

The City of Ghent, acting as a contracting authority for its own subcontracts and as a purchasing centre for third-party contractors, wishes to conclude a framework agreement for design contracts relating to non-image-defining heritage projects and heritage projects without execution (purely study contracts) on the territory of Ghent and this for two lots:

- Lot 1 - Small heritage tasks

In this lot, heritage contracts will be awarded for projects whose scope, heritage complexity and general technical complexity is rather limited.

- Lot 2 - Large and complex heritage tasks

In this lot, heritage contracts will be awarded for projects whose scope, heritage complexity and general technical complexity is large.
