The details of the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the terms of reference. The services are paid for by lump sum prices. Restricted architectural design contest to build an archive building on the Pomaret site in Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois. The present consultation is a restricted contest on APD. As part of the service, the candidates admitted to submit a project will receive a consultation regulation phase offer which will detail the documents to be provided. The present consultation is awarded in accordance with articles L. 2172-1 and R. 2172-1 of the public procurement code. In accordance with the provisions of article R. 2122-6 of the public procurement code, at the end of the contest, the contracting authority may proceed with the award of a contract without prior advertising or competition with the winner. As part of this contract and in accordance with the provisions of article R. 2122-7 of the public procurement code, the contracting authority reserves the right to conclude, without a new competition, one or more contracts with the holder of the present contract, the purpose of which is to carry out services similar to those assigned under the present contract, provided that these services are in accordance with the initial project and that the cumulative amount of these contracts complies with the regulatory thresholds in force. It is recalled that the design mission is incompatible with any mission of design mandate, assistance to the contracting authority, work execution or technical control relating to the works or works which are the subject of the present contract. Participation in the tender phase entails, on the part of the competitors, the full and unconditional acceptance of the present contest regulations. Non-compliance, in whole or in part, with the provisions and rules of the contest may result in the exclusion of the competitors. Those who have taken part in the organisation and conduct of the contest, the preparation of the programme, members of their family, descendants or ascendants and their collaterals, their associates, grouped or having common professional interests, as well as members of the jury, may not compete and participate in the design missions, directly or indirectly.
