Lot No. 1: Maintenance, servicing and repair of lifts and goods lifts (202600051): The contractor will provide preventive and corrective maintenance for 31 lifts and 3 goods lifts, with enhanced periodic inspections, contractual downtime, an availability obligation and the establishment of an appropriate spare parts stock. Lot No. 2: Maintenance, servicing and repair of escalators (202600052): The contractor will provide preventive and corrective maintenance for 23 escalators, with monthly, semi-annual and annual checks focusing on emergency stops, combs, steps, handrails, balustrades, brakes and rollers.
