The subject of this VgV procedure are the services required for the "Technical Equipment" in accordance with §55, based on Appendix 15 of the HOAI in phases 1 - 8. An approved fire protection concept, a hazardous substance investigation, and a thermographic investigation are available. The services advertised here must be coordinated with these. Further services required for the project, such as the planning services for Technical Equipment, will be awarded separately. Special or additional services (optional): 1. Involvement in the selection of suitable funding programs. 2. Involvement in the selection and integration of an officially recognized testing expert in accordance with the Prüfverordnung – PrüfVO. 3. Provision of sub-distributions and intermediate meters (e.g. electricity, possibly heat/cold/water) for separate consumption measurement and supply of possible rental units in the upper floors of Building 1; adaptation of the technical infrastructure for a rentable billing unit.
