France – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – Maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de désenfumage, de climatisations, de chauffage sur la commune du Tampon (2ème procédure)

Form of contract: this is a composite framework agreement, one part "ordinary contract" and one part "framework agreement with call-offs". The services will be paid for as follows: - At a lump sum for the preventive maintenance services "ordinary contract" - At unit prices for the "framework agreement call-offs" part relating to corrective maintenance. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The estimated amounts for each of the lots correspond to the maximum annual amounts. This consultation follows a first procedure that was declared unsuccessful.
