Tender by the City of Wolfenbüttel and municipalities in the district of Wolfenbüttel

The City of Wolfenbüttel and several municipalities in the district of Wolfenbüttel aim to expand the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the public road space. The City of Wolfenbüttel (Wolfenbüttel) is therefore conducting the present procurement procedure in its own name and on behalf of the participating municipalities. Wolfenbüttel intends, by means of an EU-wide procurement procedure, to grant operators of charging infrastructure a generally exclusive right to the construction and operation of the charging facilities in the public space.

The tender is based on a site concept that defines the number of charging points, their charging capacity, and a search area for the respective site. The concession will be awarded in two lots.
