Belgium – Transport of radioactive waste – Transport niet geconditionneerd afval

The contract concerns the transport of unconditioned radioactive waste on Belgian territory. It falls within the scope of the missions entrusted to the ONDRAF in accordance with Article 179, § 2, 4° of the law of 8 August 1980; Article 2, § 2, 1° and § 4 of the Royal Decree of 30 March 1981, as well as the responsibility of the ONDRAF in matters of transport of packages of radioactive waste transferred in accordance with Article 10, § 2 of the law of 26 April 2024.
