Norway – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Treatment of damaged clothing and textiles

The competition is for sorting and further handling of textile waste for preparation for reuse and material recovery. Participants in the procurement: Hvaler municipality, Fredrikstad municipality, FREVAR KF, Rakkestad municipality, Sarpsborg municipality and MOVAR IK The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the Public Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the main elements of the contract do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with certificates of apprenticeship or craft, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h 2nd section letter c.
