The subject of the Contract is the service consisting of: 1. Collecting and disposing of municipal waste originating from property owners where residents live and from property owners where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, including delivering waste containers to the property and handing them over to the property owner in accordance with the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality, adopted by the Ostrzeszów City Council, and the resolution on the method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and disposing of such waste, 2. Establishing and operating a Point for Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and collecting and disposing of municipal waste gathered there, 3. Collecting municipal waste from organised occasional events, 4. Collecting waste discarded in publicly accessible places not designated for its collection, storage or disposal, 5.
