Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Tiotropium + Olodaterol, ATC R03AL06 für die Zeit 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2028

Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For the medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, for the aforementioned active substance Tiotropium + Olodaterol, ATC R03AL06, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the licensing model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.06.2026 and will end on 31.05.2028. It will end automatically with the coming into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
