Poland – Electric buses – Zakup autobusów elektrycznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą do ich obsługi – etap III.

The subject of the contract is: 1. supply of 6 units of 12-metre electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 2a to SWZ, 2. supply of 4 units of 18-metre electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 2b to SWZ, 3. supply, installation, and connection to the power grid of infrastructure for charging electric buses, including: 5 units of depot charging stations, each with a power of min. 2 x 75kW - detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 2c to SWZ, 4. supply of 56 units of promotional stickers, including 40 units of left-facing stickers and 16 units of right-facing stickers. The task is planned to be implemented within the project: „Purchase of electric buses along with the necessary infrastructure for their operation – stage III” within the programme Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko (FEnIKS 2021–2027), action FENX.03.01 – Urban transport (buses, trolleybuses). The contracting authority has the right to invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, from the programme Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko (FEnIKS 2021–2027), action FENX.03.01 – Urban transport (buses, trolleybuses), as a result of a competitive tender for the co-financing of the project entitled: „Purchase of electric buses along with the necessary infrastructure for their operation – stage III”, are not granted to him. Contract performance deadlines: 1) in the scope of supply of 10 units of buses: within 420 days from the date of contract signature; 2) in the scope of supply of 5 units of depot chargers: within 390 days from the date of contract signature; 3) in the scope of supply of 56 units of promotional stickers: within 420 days from the date of contract signature. Whenever standards, trademarks, patents are referred to in the contract documents, they should be understood as a definition of certain technical parameters or quality standards, within which the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions. Abbreviations used in the documents: SWZ - Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia, Prawo - ustawa Prawo zamówień publicznych.
