Czechia – Software support services – Podpora programového vybavení Oracle CSS

The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the reliable operation of Oracle software products used by VZP ČR within the VZP ČR information system. The purpose of this public contract will be fulfilled by providing the manufacturer's original technical support through the „Oracle Customer Success Services“ service, which is related to the „Oracle Premier Support“ service, which VZP ČR uses on the basis of other contracts, and which complements this service to the necessary extent. The subject of this public contract is the provision of support for Oracle software products that the contractor is authorized to use and operate on the basis of other contracts (hereinafter „Software Products“) through the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) service, i.e. support provided by the manufacturer of the Software Products, and this under the conditions set by the contract for a period of 48 calendar months.
