The planning services include the design of the buildings and structures required for the expansion of the UW Höver, including the buildings for the switching and secondary systems, the necessary foundations (reactor/transformer/switchgear), primary technology, lightning protection systems, and the necessary infrastructure (open spaces, transformer transport roads, gates, access roads, drainage systems). Furthermore, specialist planning for surface water drainage, groundwater control, firewater supply, technical building equipment, heat, sound, and fire protection, as well as SiGeKo in the planning phase, is to be provided.
