Fontys wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the supply and distribution of end-of-year gifts for its employees. The contract involves providing and managing an online ordering environment (webshop) in Fontys' corporate identity. Through this webshop, employees will have the opportunity to select an end-of-year gift of their choice within a set budget. For 2026, the contract value is estimated at €250,000, including VAT. This estimate is based on approximately 5,000 employees, each of whom may choose an end-of-year gift valued at €50. In accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, the maximum contract value for Framework Agreements must be stated in the Tender. To allow for sufficient room for possible growth in the number of employees, changes in the available budget per employee, and other developments during the term of the Framework Agreement, Fontys uses a maximum contract value of €1,500,000, including VAT, for the entire term of the Framework Agreement.
