Czechia – Special medical building construction work – Rehabilitační ústav Brandýs nad Orlicí, výstavba nové budovy, KRANIOPROGRAM

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new building for the Kranioprogramme, which will connect to the existing building "Parkpavilon" with a new corridor, as well as new physiotherapy gyms and administrative spaces. In the basement of the new building, underground parking spaces for patients and employees, and spaces for backup electrical power sources will be created. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the historic part of the building for the use of freed-up spaces after operations moved to the new Kranioprogramme building, the expansion of the capacity of facilities for personnel, the modernisation of operational spaces and structural modifications necessary for the communication connection of both buildings. The changes in the existing buildings also include the expansion of accommodation capacities for clients.
