France – Building-cleaning services – Nettoyage des locaux et de la vitrerie dans divers bâtiments communaux

This consultation concerns the provision of cleaning services for premises and low-level glazing in various municipal buildings. The present contract is awarded through an open procedure for competitive bidding, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Part of it will be executed via a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum amount, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is single-supplier. It consists of a contract concluded between the City of Illzach, the contracting authority, and a single economic operator, the purpose of which is to establish the rules relating to the purchase orders to be issued over a given period. Based on this framework agreement, future purchase orders are intended to be concluded without a new competitive bidding process, and as needs arise.
