France – Structural engineering consultancy services – Relance 2 - Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO) technique concernant la maintenance et la rénovation des charpentes, couvertures et étanchéité de toitures terrasses des bâtiments départementaux

This framework agreement aims to undertake technical assistance to the project owner (AMO) for the corrective and preventive maintenance, including partial or total replacement of roof framing, roofing or waterproofing elements, including green roofs, of all types, of colleges and departmental buildings. The present consultation constitutes the second re-launch of the initial consultation of 11 July 2025, which was declared unsuccessful on 7 October 2025. A first re-launch was published on 22 October 2025 and was also declared unsuccessful on 6 May 2026.
