The subject of the order is the supply of VTS-5754D5H microwave lamps on the terms and in accordance with the requirements set out in the supplementary data to the order specification. The contractor is to deliver the subject of the order in the following quantity and assortment: LFB VTS-5754D5H microwave lamp: in 2027 3 units (including 3 units in the base quantity, 0 units in the option), in 2028 6 units (including 3 units in the base quantity, 3 units in the option). The ordering party reserves the right to extend the order by exercising the option right, which involves the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the order. The rules for exercising the option right are set out in the draft contractual provisions, which form an annex to the Specification of Order Conditions. Details regarding the subject of the order and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ), which, together with the supplementary data to the specification of conditions and the draft contractual provisions of the order, will be provided to the contractors invited to submit offers.
