Poland – Construction work – Modernizacja ogrzewania w lokalach zamieszkałych Sobieskiego 43/15 – Etap 6

The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete project documentation and the execution of construction works according to the prepared documentation for the task entitled: Modernization of Heating in the Residential Premises at Sobieskiego 43/15 – Stage 6. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the Functional and User Programme, sketch – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the price of the project documentation does not exceed 5% of the value of the construction works. The Contractor will provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for the works that are the subject of the contract, for a period of 60 months, starting from the day following the day of the protocol acceptance without reservations of the entire subject of the contract, executed under the conditions specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions.
