The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of payment gateway services to enable electronic payments through selected independent sales channels of mobile applications and e-shops (hereinafter referred to as “e-shop”). The sales channels are currently divided depending on the type of electronic documents sold/distributed. The contracting authority does not exclude the future expansion of sales channels. 1) Mobile and web applications PIDLítačka, which are intended for the sale of electronic tickets (EJ). The mobile application and e-shop sales channels are developed to facilitate the purchase of electronic tickets for the introduced multichannel fare collection system in public transport. The standard sales channel remains staffed ticket offices equipped with multifunctional payment terminals for cashless payments. 2) Mobile and web applications for the sale of parking fees, which are intended for the sale of electronic parking (EP). 3) Mobile and web applications IDOLKA, which are intended for the sale of electronic tickets (EJ). Common requirements for sales channels The main expected number, volume and total financial value of transactions is represented by the PIDLítačka sales channel. These expected annual values are listed in Annex 3, which will also be used for evaluation purposes. The contracting authority informs participants that these are estimates based on the previous sales volumes of tickets through sales channels. The final volumes will depend on the extent and speed of integration of electronic ticket carriers and market mechanisms. For e-shop, cashless payments by bank cards at least MasterCard and Visa are required and the following payment methods: cashless payments by bank transfers to bank accounts, cashless payments using individual bank payment applications (so-called bank buttons).
