The subject of the contract is the execution of works falling within the scope of Contract W-1/R Modernization of the Groundwater Intake Mała Nieszawka, in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for Building and Engineering-Construction Works designed by the Contracting Authority, fourth English-Polish edition 2008, translation of the first English original published in 1999 by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs - Conseils - FIDIC), in particular: A. Works related to wells 2b/B, 13b/B, 3c/A, 4c/A, 5b/A including: a) supply and installation of pumps in wells with a rising main, wellhead, technological fittings and casing, b) hardening of the area under the casing of each well and hardening of the area for the needs of vehicles servicing the wells, c) execution of fencing for each well, d) execution of water supply connections for each well, e) execution of the power supply installation supplying the designed wells, f) execution of external power and control cables, B. Works related to wells 1/C, 2/C, 3/C, 4/C, 5/C including: a) supply and installation of pumps in wells with a rising main, wellhead, technological fittings and casing, b) hardening of the area under the casing of each well and hardening of the area for the needs of vehicles servicing the wells, c) execution of fencing for each well, d) execution of water supply connections for each well, e) execution of the power supply installation supplying the designed wells, f) execution of external power and control cables and the designed transformer station, g) reconstruction of the ventilation well at well 3/C. C. Construction of the raw water pipeline on the territory of UW Mała Nieszawka including: a) execution of the raw water pipeline with PE100 pipes with a nominal pressure of PN16, approximately 2849m in length, b) execution of nodes with fittings and fittings made of ductile cast iron for PN 16, c) execution of ventilation and drainage wells, d) execution of measuring wells with reinforced concrete rings and flow meters, e) reconstruction of the existing rainwater drainage system on the territory of SUW. 2.
