Stichting Nationaal Restauratiefonds intends to conclude a service contract with one Contractor for office automation. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, in a Consortium and/or by engaging Third Parties and/or Subcontractors. The estimated contract value is composed of regular annual costs for the service, Microsoft licence costs, implementation costs and the non-standard change budget. The first two elements are quantified based on historical expenditure, and the last two based on the maximum budget. Assuming a 7-year Agreement (see paragraph 2.6), this results in an estimated contract value of approximately € 1,300,000 (incl. implementation, non-standard change budget and licences) excl. VAT.
