Germany – Plasterboard works – Trockenbauarbeiten

The district of Friesland intends to construct a 2-storey new building for the Heinz-Neukäter Special School on the approximately 39,979 sqm plot at Rodenkirchener Straße 2a in 26316 Varel. The building is to receive Federal funding for efficient buildings. The GEG Standard 40 is to be achieved (Efficiency house requires only 40% primary energy, compared to a reference building). Furthermore, the new administrative building is to be certified and funded as a sustainable building. The following quality seals are to be achieved for the construction project: 1. Assessment system for sustainable building - BNB, Bronze 2. QNG - Quality seal for sustainable building, PLUS. The tender is to be awarded for the drywall works.
