The HKW Aubrugg was constructed in 1978 at the Zürich-Nord motorway junction and is to be comprehensively renovated after over 40 years of operation. The aim is to ensure the long-term usability of the building and the operation of the facilities. In this context, the changed operational requirements for the building fabric are to be taken into account and effective and modern use of the work and social spaces is to be ensured. The renovation includes, among other things: * Dismantling of existing components * Repair of existing concrete structures * New reinforced concrete structures * New masonry work * Creation of openings * Earthquake resistance * Reinforcement of the structure (punching, etc.) Furthermore, scaffolding structures will be required for the listed works. This tender is structured in lots. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. Partial offers within the lots are not permitted. Overall offers or offers with percentage discounts in the event of an award in several lots are not permissible. In the case of offers from the same bidder for several lots, a complete, separate offer dossier must be submitted for each lot. Awards can be made for one or more lots.
