The Municipality of Den Helder intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the supply of an archive and search system, including maintenance and support. The Municipality of Den Helder expects the Bidder to provide a solution that, within the scope and frameworks/starting points, will meet the Municipality of Den Helder's objectives. The Municipality of Den Helder expects the offered solution to be very close to the core competencies of the Bidder's own organisation, in order to minimise the risks. The Municipality of Den Helder is looking for an application for sustainable information management that supports consultation, accountability and archiving of information originating from multiple (historical and current) sources. The solution supports the organisation in complying with the Act on Open Government (Woo), the GDPR and the Archives Act. Not applicable.
