HVC is looking for a Broker specialising in recruiting/sourcing, pre-selecting and deploying Interim Professionals, such as Zzp'ers or Detacheringskrachten, for HVC, including contracting and handling administrative processes and mitigating various legal, financial and operational risks. The Contractor must comply with the requirements set out in the Programme of Requirements, Annex 9, when performing the work. The Broker acts on behalf of HVC towards the market. HVC has in mind a party that can cover the entire market of potentially available candidates. The focus of our hiring lies with the Projects department, which primarily carries out technical projects for the whole of HVC, for example for our business unit Warmte, which specialises in the development and construction of mainly district heating networks and geothermal sources. Frequently hired roles/functions are Plant/Maintenance Engineers, Project Managers/Leaders, Work Preparers and Directors. In addition, some hiring of professionals takes place within other business units and supporting services, such as HR, Communications, Finance and Legal Affairs. The Broker will be responsible for HVC, among other things, for the following processes: - sourcing, pre-selection and contracting of qualified candidates through broad market outreach; - contract management regarding Supply Agreements and Further Agreements, screening, supplier management, dossier formation; - time registration and (central) invoicing; - (management) reporting.
