Purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of an external LED screen with commissioning at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław

The scope of the contract includes the execution of construction works and the delivery, installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of the technical systems necessary for the modernisation of the stadium infrastructure, along with the execution of preparatory and design works, demolition works, necessary installations, carrying out tests, trials and measurements, preparation of as-built documentation and training of the Purchaser's personnel. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Subject of the Contract (SOC), which is the documentation for the subject task together with the scope of works, being an attachment to the Specification of Contract Conditions (SCC). The contract is of a mixed nature and consists of supplies, services and construction works. The Contractor is obliged to develop and submit to the Purchaser a physical and financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the contract within 10 days from the date of signing the contract. The schedule is subject to the Purchaser's acceptance. The schedule should include a breakdown of works into stages with the allocation of financial values and their implementation deadlines. Payments will be made in accordance with the approved schedule, on the basis of partial invoices and the final invoice. The Purchaser will ensure investment supervision over the implementation of the subject of the contract through the appointed investment supervisors, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law. All works acceptance, including partial acceptance and final acceptance, will be carried out with the participation of the relevant investment supervisors, and the acceptance protocols will require the signature of the Purchaser's representative and the relevant investment supervisor.
