1. SECTION - Development of the Forest Playground; Permit-level design delivery with Natura 2000 impact assessment; incorporation of the design jury's remarks and completion of permit procedures; preparation of the implementation design and performance of the design management tasks; provision of professional support for the related implementation works procurement procedures for the following planned investment. The design area is the Forest Playground, located in the southern part of the Sóstói Forest, on the northern side of Csaló. Currently, there are outdoor sports facilities, a playground, a salami grilling area, and a forest stage on the site. The development aims to create a barrier-free water block and cover the existing stage. Barrier-free water block - 1 unit The water block must be designed to be usable in a barrier-free manner for all user groups. Mandatory functions to be provided: - male and female water block, - barrier-free water block, - cleaning supplies storage room. During the design of the water block, the documentation required for water law permitting must also be prepared. Covering the existing forest stage - 1 unit - the use of structures and materials that blend into the landscape is necessary, - it must not disturb the landscape, - it must not result in significant land or vegetation disturbance, - design adhering to nature conservation and seasonal restrictions is expected. During the design, the following must be ensured: - the organized drainage and drying of rainwater, - the creation of a storage space suitable for storing stage props, - long-term maintainability, operability, - minimization of energy costs. Design management (5 occasions), professional support for future implementation procurement procedures related to the project, preparation of the rehabilitation engineering certificate, as well as the performance of cost expert tasks according to Section 19 (4) of the Act LXIX of 2023 (Ábtv.). The designer is responsible for the substantiation of the cost estimates and cost calculations (non-priced/priced design budget) related to the investment, as well as the conformity of the architectural-engineering documentation. The designer does not need to have separate cost expert authorization.

2. SECTION - Development of a Rest Park; Preparation of the implementation design (including path/road design); incorporation of the design jury's remarks and completion of permit procedures; performance of the design management tasks; provision of professional support for the related implementation works procurement procedures for the following planned investment. The design area is located in the northern part of Nyíregyháza, in the northeastern corner of the Sóstói Forest. Boundaries: north: Tölgyes street, east: railway area, west and south: Sóstói Forest. The northern design area is divided into two separate parts: a municipally-owned forest area, which runs along the railway, covering approximately 9,700 m². The forest area owned by Nyírségi Erdészeti Zrt., through which a 230 m long path and a 113 m long forest strip run. The development aims to create a rest park in the design area. The following functions and elements must be provided in the rest park area: - creation of a nature trail, - interactive educational points, - installation of bat houses and birdhouses, - salami grilling area, - tables, benches, sunbathing areas, - bicycle racks, - creation of a compost heap to demonstrate natural decomposition processes. The rehabilitation engineering certificate must be prepared according to Act XXVI of 1998 on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Ensuring of Their Equal Opportunities, the Government Decree 280/2024. (IX. 30.) on the Basic Regulations of Municipal Planning and Building Requirements (TÉKA), and the Act C of 2023 on Hungarian Architecture. During the implementation, design management (5 occasions, between the day of successful technical acceptance and handover procedure of the works and the day of completion of the implementation contract based on the procurement procedure for selecting the contractor), professional support for future implementation procurement procedures related to the project, preparation of the rehabilitation engineering certificate, as well as the performance of cost expert tasks according to Section 19 (4) of the Act LXIX of 2023 (Ábtv.) will be carried out. The designer is responsible for the substantiation of the cost estimates and cost calculations (non-priced/priced design budget) related to the investment, as well as the conformity of the architectural-engineering documentation. The designer does not need to have separate cost expert authorization. During the preparation of the implementation design documentation, the following must be complied with, among others: - the requirements set out in the TOP_PLUSZ-6.2.1-23 tender notice, - the provisions of Act C of 2023 on Hungarian Architecture; - the Government Decree 280/2024. (IX. 30.) on the Basic Regulations of Municipal Planning and Building Requirements (TÉKA); - the provisions of Act LXIX of 2023 on the Order of State Building Investments, - the Government Decree 281/2024. (IX. 30.) on Building Authority Procedures and Inspections, - the Government Decree 191/2009. (IX.15.) on Building Contractor Activities, - the resolution 28/2015. (04.09.) of the Chamber of Hungarian Architects on the "Content and Formal Requirements of Architectural-Engineering Documentation", - the resolution 14/2023. (VII.14.) of the Chamber of Hungarian Engineers on the "Regulation of the Content and Formal Requirements of Design Documentation".
