France – Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses – BEFA GRAVELINES 1

This is the first tender in a series of five for the lease of new housing units in a future completed state (BEFA) at a free rent, located within a 30-minute radius of the Gravelines power plant. This first operation involves the construction and provision of 75 housing units (5 T2, 35 T3, 35 T4) in several programs to be delivered by 2030. The lease by EDF can represent up to 50% of an real estate program limited to 20 individual or collective housing units. This share can however reach 100% for small-scale operations of between 5 and 9 housing units. The target presented constitutes a minimum target. In case of additional opportunities, the contracting authority reserves the right to increase the volume of housing units by up to an additional 20% and reserves the right to substitute lots from one typology to another.
