The service of specialist planning TA - Electrical, FM/IT and Conveying Systems as well as Building Automation is being tendered as part of a negotiated procedure with a selection stage for the award of specialist planning services in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the performance phases 2 and 3 as well as 5 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). The tendered service is to plan and execute a modern teaching building at the current location of the sports hall. Please note the published task description (file "0369-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf") for the scope of the planning. -- For participation in this tender, the submission of an application form (application to participate: file "0369-26 Bewerbungsbogen.pdf") with the required information and evidence is required by the set deadline in the first stage (competition for participation). The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will be participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidding stage). -- In the second stage, the first offer is then to be submitted. Negotiations will continue based on the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, bidders will be invited to present themselves in person to a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
