The subject of the contract is the purchase of monitors, divided into the following tasks: Task No. 1 – 34” monitors in the quantity of 50 units. Task No. 2 – 65” monitors in the quantity of 6 units. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option right in accordance with Article 441(1) of the Pzp, in the scope of increasing the quantity of equipment by: - 50 units of 34” monitors within Task No. 1; - 6 units of 65” monitors within Task No. 2. under the following conditions: 1) the contracting authority may exercise the option right once or several times until the maximum quantity of the option right in each task is exhausted; 2) the order carried out within the option is a unilateral right of the contracting authority, therefore the non-exercise of the option right by the contracting authority does not constitute a basis for the contractor to claim any claims against the contracting authority; 3) the execution of the order covered by the option right will take place within 10 working days from the date of submission by the contracting authority of a written statement of exercising the option right, including the quantity of equipment within the option right. 4) the conditions regarding the execution of the order covered by the option right will be the same as those applicable to the execution of the main order, including the delivery date and unit prices. 5) the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option within 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The detailed conditions specifying the circumstances of exercising the option right are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
