The subject of the contract is: 1. Supply of two new matrix controllers along with the remaining items described in point 2.1 of the OPZ. 2. Installation and commissioning of the equipment in accordance with the OPZ. The contracting authority requires that the warranty period for the completed contract subject shall be 60 months from the date of acceptance of the contract subject. The required retention period for the completed contract subject is equal to the warranty period. The detailed description of the contract subject is specified by: - Description of the Contract Subject - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
