Czechia – Construction work – DNS_Stavební práce pro výstavbu OZE a BESS

The subject of the public contracts to be awarded in the established Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) will predominantly be general construction works related to the preparation and implementation of the construction parts of the OZE and BESS projects, particularly preparatory, earth, excavation and groundworks, rough ground improvements, orchard concealment, possible reclamation/gardening/vegetation improvements, construction works for technical infrastructure (e.g. cable trenches), establishment, modification and restoration of hardened areas, communications, base areas and structures and similar construction elements, installation of fencing, gates and related construction elements, finishing and ancillary works including waste management, performance of necessary tests and delivery of related documentation. The contracting authority is introducing the DNS for requirements that are repeatedly procured, of a general nature and generally available on the market, with the specific scope being defined in the specific Call for Tenders (e.g. by a schedule of quantities/itemised list of works or technical specification, etc.). The DNS will be divided into categories in accordance with Section 138(1) of the Public Procurement Act, as follows: a) Category I. – OZE with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. – OZE with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp. Suppliers are entitled to submit a Request to Participate in any Category of the DNS or combination of Categories of the DNS.
