Germany – Police cars – Rahmenvereinbarungen über die Belieferung der Bayerischen Polizei mit Dienstfahrzeugen (Kauf und Leasing)

The subject of the contract are framework agreements in accordance with § 103 para. 5 GWB in conjunction with § 21 VgV for the supply of service vehicles (purchase and leasing) to the Bavarian Police. The tender relates to service vehicles with concretely specified police-specific installations (including special signalling systems, digital radio pre-equipment, foil covering) and is divided into 8 lots. The lot division is based on the vehicle classes of the KBA segment division and is carried out according to operational tactical requirements. The contract period of the framework agreement begins with the award of the contract, but not before 01.01.2027, and ends on 31.12.2028 (basic contract period). There is the possibility of 2 extensions of 1 year each until 31.12.2029 (1st extension) or 31.12.2030 (2nd extension). After the maximum possible contract period of 4 years, the contract ends automatically on 31.12.2030, without the need for termination. All further information can be found in the tender documents. The general tender documents (application conditions, general performance description, special contract conditions, confidentiality agreement, data protection information) are available to bidders free of charge, unrestricted and directly via the electronic tendering platform. To obtain the performance descriptions of the lots as well as the attachments and price lists, bidders must first register in the tender portal and send the completed confidentiality declaration (§ 5 para. 3 VgV) as an attachment via the messaging function of the tendering platform to the tendering entity. The performance descriptions of the lots as well as the attachments and price lists are stored in a secure cloud with password protection to protect confidentiality (§ 41 para. 3 VgV), as they contain specific information about the equipment of uniformed and neutral police vehicles. This confidential information is not intended to be accessible to the general public, but only to interested companies.
